The visitor management process follows a clear three-stage workflow designed for security, accountability, and resident convenience.
The resident logs into their account and fills out a visitor application form. Required fields include visitor name, contact number, vehicle plate number, planned visit date and time, and purpose of visit. The application is submitted to the security queue for review.
Security guards access their dashboard to view pending applications. They verify the visitor details, confirm the resident's authorization, and approve or reject the request. Approved visits are issued a unique visit code for verification at the gate.
Upon visitor arrival, the guard verifies the visit code and records the check-in time. When the visitor departs, the guard logs the check-out time. This creates a complete audit trail for each visit, enabling accurate reporting and security compliance.
